Creative Learning Networks
In partnership with Education Scotland, we are supporting 29 Creative Learning Networks (CLN's) in Local Authorities directly and the remaining 3 LAs indirectly to champion creativity across learning in schools and community contexts.
CLN’s reflect the overall aims of the Education, Culture and Creativity Action Plan, focussing on developing the role and impact of creativity across the curriculum for the benefit of children and young people.
The networks aim to:
- champion creativity
- develop a shared understanding and language around creativity
- stimulate the development of creativity in learners.
Using effective communication channels such as the Creativity Portal and Glow, networks can support members to share good practice, ideas and resources; form creative partnerships; benefit from CPD opportunities and keep up to date with relevant learning opportunities.
