The Fruitmarket Gallery is seeking to recruit an experienced and organised individual to join the team as Gallery Manager.

The post is responsible for the installation of the ambitious exhibitions programme and for the building. Significant experience of art handling and /or gallery management is essential. The successful candidate will be rigorous in setting high standards for the appearance of the Gallery and its exhibitions. A good communicator, team player and a motivator of a team of technicians, they will also be IT-literate, both in terms of office systems and gallery audio-visual requirements.Previous gallery experience and a strong knowledge of contemporary art is essential.
