Fixed term freelance contract for 5 months in the first instance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Smallpetitklein in the form of Learning & Development Dance Worker. The main focus of this role will involve the delivery of a performance for children and associated workshops in primary schools across Scotland. This role will include performance and workshop delivery. The successful candidate will work within the busy Learning & Development department and undertake administrative duties to support the effective day to day running and delivery of a range of education initiatives across Scotland.

For the role of Learning & Development Dance Worker, you will need to have completed a 3 year vocational dance training programme, at least 2 years performance experience, have extensive teaching experience and previous experience in administrative work. Candidates must have the ability to work confidently within a team and possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. They should also have the ability to work quickly and prioritise work effectively.
